About AIYM's Founder
AIYM was God inspired while crossing the Nile River on a mission trip to Uganda in 2008. God made it clear to Jim Roche to establish a youth ministry. In October 2010 this came to fruition and AIYM received 501(c)3 tax exempt status from the IRS. Through the years The Lord has continued to raise Jim up and give him spiritual vision. As a result, the ministry has grown to now include men and families. Along with that came the inevitable urge to become obedient to The Great Commission. Jim now leads international mission teams into some of the world's developing countries to reach the "unreached" for Christ.
